I'm a Women's Coaching Specialist, also certified in Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Exercise Nutrition and a CEO of TEAMROJKO brand that I own with my husband.

 

I'm a nerd when it comes to Exercise, Nutrition and Female Physiology and my obsession is to teach women how to live a healthy, fit, and strong life.

Nutrition is key to good mental and physical health. The food we eat can either be the safest & most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.

Not all nutritional choices are equally important or significant for each person.

While the essentials of a healthy diet are similar for men and women, when it comes to details recommendations do vary by gender.

There’s no question that regular exercise is essential to health. Regular movement protects us from disease in several ways. Moreover, it prevents oxidative damage and inflammation, which are the primary mechanisms underlying most modern, degenerative diseases. 

 

Despite that the female fitness industry is rapidly growing, most service models and research focus on and are tailored to men.

 

Physiological realities such as pregnancy, menopause, hormonal health, the effect of the menstrual cycle on athletic performance, exercise-related incontinence due to pelvic floor disorders are treated as "special topics", although these things are a daily part of women's lives.

 

Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Not a punishment for what you ate.

Helping You Navigate Pregnancy & Beyond

PREGNANCY

Some women may not even be aware of or notice the changes in their bodies while others may feel as if their body is no longer their own. Understanding these changes and being informed on exercise and nutrition recommendations will enable you to feel your best during this period.

Stay active and healthy throughout pregnancy while managing weight gain, building strength, protecting your core and pelvic floor, and preparing for childbirth.

 

Learn to exercise safely during pregnancy and eat healthy during pregnancy to properly nourish your body (and baby) from the first trimester and into motherhood.

POSTPARTUM

I know you may be eager to return to your "pre-pregnancy weight" or "pre-baby body", but we have to acknowledge the fact that postpartum rest and recovery is necessary and important.

To help you safely return to exercise we will have to consider several variables to avoid injury or musculoskeletal dysfunction.

I'll help you go through hormonal and mood changes. Asses any musculoskeletal dysfunctions you might be experiencing and guide you through self-care, nutrition, sleep, and stress management.

 

As a mom, a woman, I know it’s not always easy to fit fitness and healthy eating into your hectic schedule. I'll work WITH you, to find the right balance FOR you! I’m here to help you define your goals and hold you accountable.
